The young artist, entrepreneur and founder of Planet Gummy is proving that age does not limit purpose, creativity or leadership
While many children are still discovering their interests, Joshaie Brown Jr., known professionally as J-MOVELLE, is already building a brand, creating music, inspiring communities and demonstrating what youth leadership can look like in action.

At just 11 years old, the San Diego native has established himself as an artist, entrepreneur, author and community advocate whose mission extends far beyond entertainment. Through his music, fashion brand Planet Gummy, books and community service initiatives, J-MOVELLE is encouraging young people to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams regardless of their age.
“I want to show other young people that age doesn’t stop greatness,” J-MOVELLE said. “You can be creative, kind and successful at the same time.”
Building a Brand With Purpose
J-MOVELLE’s journey began with a passion for creativity and a desire to make people smile. Inspired by his parents, who taught him the importance of hard work, humility and helping others, he developed a vision that combines entertainment with community impact.
Today, Planet Gummy serves as more than a clothing brand. It represents a positive lifestyle movement centered on imagination, confidence, creativity and self-expression.
The brand appeals to kids, teens and families who enjoy colorful fashion, music, pop culture and uplifting messages. Through Planet Gummy, J-MOVELLE hopes to create a space where young people feel empowered to embrace their individuality while believing in their potential.
His entrepreneurial efforts have also earned him recognition as the youngest CEO member of Young Black & N’ Business, an organization dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Using Music to Inspire Others
Music remains at the heart of J-MOVELLE’s mission. Through family-friendly songs and performances, he focuses on spreading positivity, confidence and encouragement.

Rather than following trends that often dominate popular culture, J-MOVELLE intentionally creates content designed to uplift audiences of all ages. His music reflects the values he lives by: positivity, kindness, leadership, faith and perseverance.
Seeing listeners respond to his work continues to motivate him.
“Seeing people happy from my songs, videos and community work makes me want to go even harder,” he said.
His growing platform allows him to connect with youth and families who are looking for positive role models and inspiring messages.
Making an Impact Beyond Entertainment
What truly sets J-MOVELLE apart is his commitment to service.

In addition to building businesses and creating content, he regularly participates in community outreach efforts, including helping feed families and supporting local events. He believes success is measured not only by personal achievement but also by the ability to help others.
His philosophy is built around what he calls the “Three E’s”: Educate, Encourage and Empower.
These principles guide everything from his music and entrepreneurship to his community involvement.
A Vision for the Future
As J-MOVELLE continues to grow, his vision remains focused on inspiring the next generation. Through Planet Gummy, music, books and future business ventures, he hopes to show young people that leadership can begin at any age.
For J-MOVELLE, the goal is simple: create positive change while encouraging others to dream bigger than their circumstances.
His story serves as a reminder that purpose is not determined by age. Sometimes the biggest impact comes from the youngest voices willing to lead.
