The founder of Global Vision Events is redefining conference and gala production with a logistics-driven approach to event excellence
For many organizations, a successful event is measured by attendance numbers, guest satisfaction and memorable experiences. For Errin Guidry, success begins long before the doors open. It starts with disciplined planning, strategic systems and operational excellence.

As founder and event director of Global Vision Events, Guidry has built a reputation for producing high-impact conferences, executive summits, networking events and gala experiences designed to help organizations strengthen relationships, elevate their brands and create lasting community impact.
Based in San Diego, Global Vision Events specializes in corporate event operations, production management and large-scale business gatherings. Through years of experience leading conferences, pitch competitions and executive-level events, Guidry has developed a unique approach that combines logistics expertise with strategic event execution.
From Logistics Leadership to Event Excellence
Guidry’s professional journey began in logistics and operational leadership, where he spent more than 18 years developing systems, managing teams and executing complex projects.
During that time, he noticed a recurring challenge. Many organizations were hosting events without the infrastructure, planning systems or operational oversight needed to maximize their impact.
“I developed a deep respect for structure, precision and operational excellence,” Guidry said. “I saw opportunities to bring disciplined operations and executive-level coordination into the event industry.”
What started as supporting business gatherings eventually evolved into producing full-scale conferences and corporate events focused on visibility, professional development and meaningful connection.
Today, Global Vision Events serves corporations, nonprofit organizations, professional associations and executive teams seeking seamless event execution from concept to completion.
Creating Experiences That Build Connection
Guidry believes events should accomplish more than filling seats or following an agenda. They should create environments where people feel welcomed, respected and empowered to connect.
Through conferences, executive summits, galas and networking experiences, his team focuses on building platforms that foster visibility, collaboration and economic opportunity.
His experience working with diverse communities and cultural groups has helped shape an event philosophy centered on inclusion, professionalism and respect.
“As a father and community leader, I understand the importance of creating environments where people feel seen, valued and empowered,” Guidry said.

This perspective influences every aspect of his work, from attendee experience and vendor coordination to program design and operational execution.
Building Events Like Operational Systems
What distinguishes Guidry from many event professionals is his logistics-first mindset.
Rather than approaching events solely from a creative perspective, he views each production as a carefully engineered system requiring accountability, preparation and measurable outcomes.
His services include vendor management, registration systems, production timelines, risk mitigation strategies and on-site execution oversight.
The result is a structured approach that allows organizational leaders to focus on relationship building, visibility and growth while Global Vision Events manages the operational complexities behind the scenes.
A Legacy Built on Leadership
Guidry credits much of his leadership philosophy to fatherhood. As the father of three daughters, he says he approaches business with a long-term mindset rooted in integrity, accountability and service.
His guiding principles include excellence, discipline, respect and preparation.
“Excellence is not accidental,” Guidry said. “It is the result of disciplined preparation and structured execution.”
As Global Vision Events continues to grow, Guidry remains committed to helping organizations deliver experiences that strengthen brands, empower communities and leave lasting impressions long after the final guest has gone home.
