Introduction
The Moments Chapters Conference is creating space for honest conversations, personal growth, and community connection in San Diego. Founded by Miesha D. Jones, the conference series was designed to encourage individuals navigating difficult life seasons while continuing to move forward with purpose and strength.

The organization focuses on motivation, wellness, empowerment, and community support. Through conferences and speaking events, attendees are encouraged to reflect on personal growth while building meaningful connections with others facing similar experiences.
Understanding Life Transitions Between Ages 25 and 45
For many women between the ages of 25 and 45, life often includes major personal and professional transitions. During these years, individuals may experience career pressure, entrepreneurship, marriage, divorce, parenting responsibilities, caregiving for aging family members, financial stress, or changes in physical and emotional health.
In addition, many women begin reevaluating long-term goals, relationships, identity, and personal fulfillment during this stage of adulthood. Mental exhaustion, burnout, anxiety, and emotional stress have become increasingly common topics in conversations surrounding wellness and personal development.
These realities are part of the reason spaces focused on encouragement and honest discussion continue to resonate with attendees. Rather than avoiding difficult conversations, the Moments Chapters Conference creates opportunities for women to openly discuss life changes while learning strategies for resilience and self-growth.

Upcoming 2026 Conference
This year, Moments Chapters and Chapters of Strength will host a combined co-ed conference experience titled “WHAT’S YOUR ROADMAP.” The event is scheduled for October 10, 2026, at Handlery Hotel San Diego.
For Miesha D. Jones, the decision to create a co-ed conference rooted in both Moments Chapters and Chapters of Strength reflects a deeper commitment to addressing mental health as a shared community conversation.
Jones believes emotional wellness should not be separated by gender, especially as both men and women continue navigating stress, grief, family responsibilities, career pressures, personal identity, and emotional healing in today’s fast-paced world. By combining the women-centered empowerment focus of Moments Chapters with the male-centered conversations represented through Chapters of Strength, the conference creates space for honest dialogue, healing, accountability, and mutual support.
Jones says the goal is to normalize conversations surrounding mental health while helping attendees feel seen, heard, and supported — not individually, but collectively as families, partners, professionals, and community members working toward healthier lives together.

Community Impact
Participants have shared positive feedback regarding the supportive atmosphere created during previous conferences. Many attendees described the experience as welcoming, relatable, and emotionally uplifting.
Others noted the importance of hearing real stories from individuals who overcame personal struggles while continuing to pursue professional and personal growth.
Jones says the mission behind Moments Chapters remains focused on creating spaces where people can leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more hopeful than when they arrived.
