Dr. Alisha Das has built her life and work at the intersection of two worlds—one grounded in empirical understanding and the other in deep intuitive awareness. Raised in a family rooted in medicine, where nearly everyone pursued a path as a physician, she was trained to question, analyze, and rely on evidence. At the same time, she experienced a powerful inner knowing from an early age, including hearing what she describes as angelic communication. Rather than choosing one path over the other, she spent decades integrating both, creating a body of work that bridges science, psychology, and spiritual insight.

For more than thirty years, Dr. Das has explored human transformation through this combined lens, applying what she has learned not only in theory but through lived practice. Her work centers on helping individuals reconnect with what she calls their Angelic Ancestry—the idea that each person carries a direct connection to higher guidance, purpose, and intelligence. Through teaching, speaking, and one-on-one work, she has translated these concepts into approaches that aim to create tangible and measurable change in people’s lives.
Her leadership has also taken form through community building. She founded Soul Dance, an ecstatic dance experience based in Los Angeles that ran for 19 consecutive years in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and internationally. Thousands participated in these gatherings, which were designed to facilitate healing, release, and transformation through movement. Notably, all proceeds from Soul Dance were donated to charity, reflecting a model centered on contribution rather than personal gain.
Before fully stepping into her current work, Dr. Das had a career as an actress, appearing across major television networks and film. That background continues to influence how she communicates today, particularly in her ability to connect with audiences of all sizes, from intimate groups to large-scale events. Her teaching often incorporates elements of rhythm, music, and energy, reflecting a multidimensional approach to personal and professional development.

Her life has also been marked by significant challenges. She has experienced multiple periods of loss and rebuilding, as well as surviving life-threatening events, including a violent explosion at the age of eighteen and the destruction of her home in the Palisades fire of 2025. These experiences have shaped her perspective and strengthened her focus on resilience, healing, and the role of inner guidance during times of adversity.
Dr. Das is a Hay House author, with her upcoming book Your Angelic Ancestry scheduled for release on July 21, 2026. The book is the first in a two-book series and reflects the core themes of her work, offering readers a framework for understanding and reconnecting with their inner guidance. It has received endorsements from Marianne Williamson, Michael Beckwith, John Assaraf, Robert Holden, and Queen Diambi. In addition to her writing, she hosts the podcast Live Your Love, where she has featured conversations with a range of voices in the mind, body, and spirit space, including Jack Canfield, Neale Donald Walsch, and John Gray.
Her work has taken her around the world, leading more than 500 seminars and engaging audiences across multiple disciplines. She is also an ordained minister and has advanced training in spiritual psychology and transformational coaching, including graduate study in psychology at the University of Santa Monica. She will also be featured in the upcoming documentaries Pillars of Power and Rise of the Lioness.

At the center of Dr. Alisha Das’s work is a consistent principle: when individuals learn to listen more deeply—to their intuition, to their inner voice, and to the guidance available to them—they are able to live with greater clarity, connection, and purpose. Her approach to leadership reflects that belief, emphasizing that true transformation begins from within.
