She Built the Architecture of Ethical Wealth and Taught the World How to Live In It

While much of the business world is driven by short-term metrics, Dame Doria Cordova has spent nearly five decades cultivating long-term value through ethical entrepreneurship. Her programs spans with participants from more than 85 countries and have transformed over 250,000 lives, yet her influence runs deep in San Diego’s entrepreneurial circles—where purpose isn’t performance art, but a daily practice.

With a blend of wisdom, systems thinking, and heart-centered precision, Cordova challenges entrepreneurs to think beyond profit and build enterprises that actually solve something. Her work resonates with those who are globally fluent, socially aware, and unafraid to rethink the fundamentals. In a region known for innovation, cross-border collaboration, and purpose-driven ventures, her message lands with rare clarity. Through Money & You® and the Excellerated Business School®, she invites leaders to rethink wealth and realign business with meaning.

The Spark That Redrew the Map

Long before she was shaping global business education, Dame Doria Cordova was recording the rhythms of courtroom life in Los Angeles as a court reporter. It was a career of precision and respectability—but not resonance. The structure and rigidity of that world began to chafe against a deeper pull toward purpose. That pull turned into a turning point when she encountered the teachings of Buckminster Fuller.

Fuller’s ideas—systems thinking, precession, doing more with less—offered more than theory. They gave her a way to think about wealth not as accumulation, but as alignment: how money might serve the long arc of humanity. That question lit a fire she never put down.

Cordova didn’t just admire Fuller’s brilliance—she made it practical. Learning from business educator Marshall Thurber, she inherited the Money & You––a program built on Fuller’s scaffolding of leverage, synergy, and sufficiency. Decades before “conscious capitalism” had a name, they were teaching entrepreneurs how to apply wisdom to enterprise.

Where others saw abstraction, Cordova saw application. She turned philosophical blueprints into lived systems—teaching participants how to move from fear to strategy, from scarcity to sufficiency. Her work became a bridge between intellect and action, transforming how people worldwide relate to money, business, and themselves.

The Seminar That Rewires Your Operating System

As the torchbearer of Fuller’s legacy, Dame Doria Cordova transformed philosophy into practice. Money & You® and the Excellerated Business School®, weren’t just workshops—they became laboratories for rewiring how people think about business, money, and purpose.

Once entrusted with the stewardship of the work, Cordova built environments where participants didn’t just learn about principles like precession (the physics of ripple effects) or leverage—they lived them. Theory gave way to embodiment. Across continents, cultures, and languages, Fuller’s principles moved from whiteboards to the nervous system.

On the surface, Money & You® might resemble another business seminar. But inside, the experience is something else entirely—part entrepreneurial reset, part emotional excavation. Over three and a half intensive days, participants challenge their assumptions, rebuild their internal models of wealth, and learn how sufficiency can shape systems that last.

“Problems don’t go away,” Cordova says. “Money alone doesn’t solve them. True transformation comes when you place wealth within the framework of sufficiency.”

The program has quietly shaped some of the most influential figures in finance and personal growth. Rich Dad Poor Dad co-author Robert Kiyosaki is an alum. So is Sharon Lechter, co-author of Think and Grow Rich for Women. Both credit the tools and mindset they gained with reshaping not only their business trajectories, but also their clarity.

Held year-round in cities around the globe, Money & You®  continues to reach a diverse, multilingual audience. Whether it’s a tech founder in Singapore or a nonprofit leader in the United States, the core message remains: wealth begins within.

Where Vision Meets Velocity

If Money & You® lays the foundation, the Excellerated Business School® is where the scaffolding rises. This intensive, weeklong experience draws entrepreneurs who want to grow with intention—scaling their ventures while staying grounded in ethics and impact.

The learning is kinetic. Participants engage with core principles like leverage and systems thinking by running live simulations, testing strategies on the spot, and building ventures in real time. Collaboration isn’t a module—it’s woven into every challenge, every solution, every late-night breakthrough.

Each day demands presence, adaptability, and velocity. Ideas don’t stay on paper for long—they’re shaped, stretched, and stress-tested in a shared space designed for action. The environment encourages exploration, sharp decision-making, and alignment between intention and execution.

This November, the School travels to Thailand, convening founders, investors, and innovators from every corner of the world. For Cordova, this is more than a program—it’s the next chapter in a decades-long effort to expand ethical entrepreneurship across borders.

Different markets. Different cultures. But the same core throughline: scale with soul.

The Multiplier Mindset

For Dame Doria Cordova, money has never been the point—it’s the tool. Used with awareness, it becomes a lever for transformation. But wealth, in her model, isn’t measured by zeros. It’s what emerges when values, skills, and service find alignment.

Her lens on “leverage” goes beyond capital. It includes partnerships, systems, and every ripple created through intentional action. It’s a mindset that has not only fueled global expansion but shaped generations of leaders—from early adopters like Kiyosaki and Tony Robbins to a new wave of founders scaling impact-first enterprises across continents.

A core part of her work is clearing what she calls “deservability ceilings”—the hidden beliefs that quietly cap our capacity to receive. These limits are often inherited: from family systems, cultural narratives, or unspoken wounds. Her programs teach the participants to spot them, name them, and release them. What follows, she says, is not just prosperity—but freedom.

“For people praying for more money,” Cordova says, “first open your eyes to how much the Universe has already given you.  Look through abundance—not scarcity.” That inner recalibration—of sufficiency, of deservability—has become the engine of a global movement.

Legacy in Motion

After five decades in the field, Dame Doria Cordova’s momentum isn’t fading—it’s accelerating. Money & You® is now offered in English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, and Spanish with plans underway to deepen its reach across North America. As the global search for more sustainable economic models intensifies, her programs meet the moment.

Cordova continues to expand through digital platforms, global partnerships, and certification initiatives that equip others to carry the work forward. Her foundation supports education access for women and underrepresented communities—ensuring that prosperity isn’t just for the privileged few.

For San Diego’s business community, her principles resonate deeply. Whether you’re building a startup in North Park, launching a social enterprise in Chula Vista, or scaling a mission-driven company near the border, her message remains clear: growth is only meaningful when it’s shared.

Cordova isn’t interested in fleeting wins. Her work builds frameworks that endure—structures that hold both purpose and profit without compromise. Through Money & You®  and the Excellerated Business School® , she’s redefining not just how we build wealth—but why.
