Through this work, she helps create moments of comfort, dignity, and empowerment for patients during some of their most vulnerable experiences. Over the past decade, Lipstick Angels has served more than 50,000 patients nationwide, reflecting the profound impact of this mission.

Welcome to Lisa’s Beauty Lounge. I’m Lisa Ginel, actor, licensed esthetician, lash artist, and the creator/host of The Story Makers Lounge on YouTube.
Everything I do, whether it’s a luxury facial, a cinematic character, or a conversation behind the mic, is rooted in one intention: helping people feel seen, confident, and connected through creativity.
My journey began in the height of the 90s fashion world, where I launched my career with a French luxury skincare company. That world opened the door to makeup artistry, and over the years I trained and worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected brands and visionaries. I’ve lived through decades of trends, always returning to what never goes out of style, luminous skin, intentional beauty, and the confidence that comes from feeling like yourself.
After starting my family for the second time, I became a licensed esthetician in 2012, working alongside Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists. That experience sharpened my precision and deepened my love for skin health. In 2014, I opened Lisa’s Beauty Lounge, offering luxury facials, microblading, and lash extensions.
My passion for lashes grew into a specialty, and in 2022 I began working exclusively with NovaLash, now serving as their California Trainer. Their patented, water‑ and oil‑proof adhesives allow my clients to live fully: vacation, cry, swim, celebrate… and still wake up beautiful.
Today, my work expands beyond the treatment room. As an actor, I bring the same intentionality and emotional clarity to every role grounded, cinematic, and character‑driven.
As the host of The Story Makers Lounge, I create space for real conversations with creatives, entrepreneurs, and everyday people whose stories deserve to be heard. It’s a place where beauty, artistry, and humanity meet.
